About me:

I started Wildwood Wellness in 2023 with the vision of providing a holistic treatment option for couples and adults who wanted more from their therapeutic experience. I believe in the power of a therapeutic relationship to create change in client's lives, as it allows for space to know yourself and your partner more deeply, understand your own needs and wants, and vocalize yourself in ways that may not be possible in other relationships. Therapy is one of the few places you can be seen for who you are, without needing to hide or protect the vulnerable parts of yourself, with the knowledge that you are safe, seen, and will be heard. In a couple's context, the power of being vulnerable in the therapy room allows a transformational experience within your relationship, allowing both partners to be more true to themselves outside of therapy as well.

In my personal life, I am a mother to one rambunctious child, wife, dog and cat-mom, and avid birdwatcher. I enjoy reading fantasy and sci-fi, hiking, and sewing.
